During the January school holidays. Belmont LAC would like to invite any LAWA registered u13 and above athletes, to come and compete on a Wednesday night under lights, in a casual
competition at our home ground in Belmont. Starting at 6pm.
All events (except walks) will be covered across the 3-week program. This is the first of 3 comps.
Age groups will have a limit of 25 athletes, on a first to sign up basis.
Nominations can be made through Timing Solutions, with a cost of $6 per Wednesday night.
All roster positions will be filled by parents and guardians on the night, so if attending, expect to need to help out somehow.
This is a new event for us, as such, there may be some teething issues.
The competition is envisaged as a way for older athletes from different centres to get some extra competition practice in before states and to enable them to mingle and make friends with
athletes from other centres.
Our canteen will be open on the nights for food and drink purchases.
